The mission of the Association is to maintain the community of Imperial Harbor as an “55 and over community” in perpetuity. The Association shall be responsible for determining the interpretation and appropriate action to enforce the deed of restrictions. The Association shall maintain a liaison to established governmental and civic organizations whose activities have a direct bearing on the community residents. It shall strive to communicate information to all.
