If you own a home in Imperial Harbor and want to sell or rent it BY OWNER (seasonal rentals included), you may advertise on this website for free.  All ads MUST state the home is in IMPERIAL HARBOR, a deed restricted 55+ community.  A copy of the current deed of restrictions can be found on this website on the DOCUMENTS page and must be given by the seller to all prospective buyers.  All buyers are advised to thoroughly READ AND UNDERSTAND the deed of restrictions BEFORE making an offer to buy or rent.  If you have questions, please submit to ihcivicassoc@gmail.com.

 

If you are in the area, you can find individual listings posted on the Civic Association Bulletin Board located on Kings Rd at the corner of Imperial Harbor Blvd, just in front of the driveway into the Harbor Clubhouse. Most homeowners advertise here or through private realtors.

 

Submitions can only be posted by registered residents.  

 

IMPORTANT Things to Consider before you sell or rent:   Our Deed of Restrictions requires at least one person residing in a residence in Imperial Harbor must be 55 years old or older.  You will be required to provide proof of age for any person(s) you will be selling or renting to.  Your buyer or renter must also be provided with a copy of our Deed of Restrictions and must understand they are required to abide by them.
