 In this 55+ community, there is no mandatory Homeowners Association (HOA) fee however, you can opt for voluntary membership to the Harbor Club and Civic Association which gives access to various amenities. The Harbor Club boasts a heated pool, other amenities include fitness center, pool room, 3200 sq. ft. recreation building, and six covered outdoor shuffleboard courts, considered the best in the area! Teams of ‘shufflers’ compete within the club, as well as with other teams in the area.
