Imperial Harbor is an active, friendly “55 and over”, deed restricted community located on Old US 41 Road in Bonita Springs, FL. Consisting of over 650 manufactured homes on deeded properties, this active 55 and over community is owned and maintained by its residents. The Civic Association of Imperial Harbor is actively involved in administering and applying the Deed of Restrictions for the benefit of everyone in our community and has been doing so since 1974.
The Harbor Club provides active social programs within the clubhouse and on its grounds including swimming pool, billiards room, fitness center, and various outdoor sporting venues with organized team play in bocce, shuffleboard, and horseshoes. The clubhouse, amenities, and property are all owned, maintained, and operated by its club members. Membership is available to property owners of Imperial Harbor and can be used by their guests and visiting family members.
We are conveniently located within six miles of the beautiful gulf beaches of Bonita Springs, Barefoot, and Wiggins Pass. And if shopping is your passion, we are minutes from the best shopping in all of Southwest Florida - Coconut Point, Miromar Outlets and Design Center, Gulf Coast Town Center, and Naples 5th Avenue. Community services are right out our backdoor too - The Brooks Community Health Center, Florida Gulf Coast University and The Southwest Florida International Airport, all located within minutes of Imperial Harbor.
